Aileen is a multi-medium artist/teacher. She has always loved to paint and share her knowledge. Aileen has taught art at a Private School in N.S.W where they now have an annual Aileen McLeod Art Award. She also holds workshops and classes for adults. Aileen has been a guest on National TV, and in various magazines, pertaining to her art and has been the recipient of various art prizes including a European Award for Porcelain Painting. Commissions have included VIP and International subjects. Aileen always enjoys commissions to paint Portraits (from life or photographs) She is also involved with illustrating and writing children’s Picture Books. Her floras have been showcased with Botanical Art Queensland.
